Like applying a film, first clean the edge, then apply adhesive and stick it on, pressing lightly for 10 seconds to secure. After 2 hours of curing, it will be firmly fixed. Even if it is applied crookedly, you can easily adjust the position while the adhesive is still wet.
Using an edge banding machine:
For bulk production, you can choose to have the machine automatically complete the process, saving time and improving efficiency.
Detailed finishing for a professional look
After application, use an angled scraper to gently smooth the edges, then sand with sandpaper for a flatter, more natural finish with no visible seams.
