Whether it's solid wood dining tables, particleboard wardrobes, or curved coffee table edges, Hantai edge banding can securely adhere to any surface. As long as the surface is flat, even plywood is no problem, and handling curved edges is a breeze.
Two installation methods, choose according to your needs
Manual application (suitable for DIY enthusiasts):
Clean and sand the edge of the board → Apply adhesive evenly → Align and press for 10 seconds → Let it sit for 2 hours. The process is as simple as applying a phone screen protector, and even those without experience can complete it. The position can be adjusted at any time before the adhesive dries.
Machine application (suitable for mass production):
Use an edge banding machine to automatically complete the edge banding process.
Edge finishing tips
After edge banding is complete, use a utility knife at a 45° angle to gently scrape off excess material, then sand along the edge with sandpaper. The seam will be virtually invisible after processing.
Usage tips for longer-lasting results
·Ensure the board surface is clean and free of dust and moisture before application.
·Avoid direct sunlight or contact with water for 24 hours after application.
·For curved edges, use medium-thickness edge banding for easier application and to prevent peeling.
